Refund Policy

Accessible Lactation, Nutrition, and Dietetic Services LLC

Services Rendered

All fees paid for services rendered (nutrition counseling, medical nutrition therapy, lactation consultation, classes, or related services) are non-refundable. Once a consultation or session has been provided, we are unable to issue refunds for any reason, including dissatisfaction with the service, change of mind, or non-use of purchased services.

Prepaid Packages

If you purchase a package of sessions in advance, any sessions already completed are non-refundable. Unused sessions may be eligible for a credit toward future appointments, subject to the discretion of Accessible Lactation, Nutrition, and Dietetic Services LLC. Credits must be used within 6 months of issuance.

Cancellations & No-Shows

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will not incur a penalty.

• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) or no-shows will be charged 50% of the session fee and are non-refundable.

Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered in rare cases of administrative or billing errors.
